Spring Cleaning and Care Taking

We can take care of your annual cleaning. This can be a one off, or part of an ongoing agreement. Your home doesn’t even need to be holiday home! This service would usually be carried out at the beginning of the new season, however we are happy to give your house ‘the big clean treatment’ at any time of the year(outside or inside) - just tell us when it suits you and what suits your budget (or the bits you don’t like doing!)

Caretaking

Designed for our clients that have spells of low occupancy, or for second home owners that use a holiday home for their own use, this service would ensure piece of mind with regards to security and care of properties. We can pop in on a weekly or monthly basis, what ever you feel more comfortable with. We’ll check that everything is secure and in working order while the property is lying dormant
