Not being on location to sort out problems, no matter how small, can be a real headache. We can provide an emergency call out service, where our factor can go to your property, assess the situation, and then call the relevant people to resolve the problem if it isn’t fixable by us.

Its just reassuring to know we are there when you aren’t!

This service is for owners who don’t want to be involved in the booking of their property, but who want to be safe in the knowledge their bookings are being handled professionally and that each guest is treated individually.
